Maria Assunta Schiavone, better known by her screen name Assunta De Rossi (born February 19, 1983 in Lecce, Italy), is an Italian-Filipino actress. Her sister Alessandra De Rossi is also an actress. Both sisters have won the Best Actress award at the Metro Manila Film Festival. Assunta is currently married to Jules Ledesma.
